Each project begins with a short intake, where details such as style guide and timelines are determined, and an estimate will be given.

Each project ends with the delivery of:

• a clean document in which all of the revisions are incorporated. Questions and comments for the author would appear in the clean document as well.

• a track changes document that shows all of the revisions that were made, as well as any questions or comments.
